In this video, we’re going to show you how to use your Brivo Mobile Pass. If you haven’t already, please refer to our Adding Brivo Mobile Pass video to activate your Brivo Mobile Pass.
Let’s start by opening the Brivo Mobile Pass application on your mobile device.
You should now see a list of sites that are active for your device. Select the site you want to access.
After selecting the site, you should be able to see a list of devices and doors that are accessible to you for the site you selected.
Press on the device or door you are trying to access. You should notice the door go yellow for a moment before turning green. The door should now be open.
If the door fails to open, pay attention to your mobile device. If the door goes from yellow to orange, then you will need to contact the system administrator for further assistance. If an error message appears, notify them of the error message that was received and the time and day that the failure occurred.
If doors do not appear on your list or disappear from time to time, then you may want to turn off the Magic Button setting. Select the gear icon at the bottom right of the screen. Press on the “Enable Magic Button” to uncheck it if not already unchecked.
If the doors you are trying to access have not appeared after this, then please contact your system administrator for further assistance.
