Frequently Asked Questions

How do I let visitors in?
  • Gate callbox, mobile pass, walk down and let them in.

How do I get through the gate with my car?
  • Callbox, card reader access, mobile pass, vehicle remote.

Can I share my mobile pass?
  • Mobile passes are only able to work on one device.

How do I get packages delivered?
  • You are to provide an entry code in the delivery instructions when you order a package.  This code will be used to enter the gate and your building.

What happens if the power goes out in the Building?
  • The handicap entry door will automatically unlock and remain unlocked until the power is restored.

What if I lose my fob?
  • Contact your Property Management Company for replacement, could use mobile pass as temporary access.

What if my mobile pass does not work?
  • Will have to use manual fob access, let the property manager know.
