In this video, we’ll be talking about adding Brivo Mobile Pass to your mobile device.
Brivo Mobile Pass is a mobile credential that allows you to open your devices or doors using your mobile device. It requires that the panel maintains an active internet connection at all times.
The first thing you’ll need to do is download the Brivo Mobile Pass application. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
When you open the Brivo Mobile Pass application for the first time, you’ll notice that it’ll ask you for login credentials.
This information is located in the email you should’ve received when the Brivo Mobile Pass was activated by your system’s administrator.
Access the email through the mobile device you will be using for your Brivo Mobile Pass. You’ll need to activate your Brivo Mobile Pass within 72 hours of receiving it in your email. Press the “Add to Brivo Pass” button in the email. This should open the Brivo Mobile Pass application and add it to your device.
You will now be able to select your favorite doors that will appear at the top of your list of accessible devices or doors. You do not have to select any doors in this list. Click Save at the top right of the screen.
If you are unable to add your Brivo Mobile Pass using the “Add to Brivo Pass” button in your email, then you can add it using the credentials located at the bottom of the email. You will need to manually input the credentials into your Brivo Mobile Pass application.
You should now see the list of sites that are available to your device. Click on the site name to start using your accessible devices and doors.
